RMACL receives another three year CARF accreditation!

In March 2017 RMACL had another successful CARF survey, meeting 99.5% of over 2000 standards in two standards manuals.

Surveyors noted many strengths including the following:

The families and persons served expressed deep appreciation for the services provided to them and their children. They stated the staff members are respectful, available when needed, professional, caring, creative, and enthusiastic about working with them. They further stated the staff members continuously seek resources for helping the persons served to function at their highest level.

RMACL promotes relationship building and respect for the clients as a priority when developing service provisions. It is very flexible and is always seeking to fit the service program to the person and not vice versa.

RMACL staff members have a remarkable level of tenure with the organization. Many of the staff members have worked with the organization for over 30 years. The organization does a commendable job of creating career paths that have resulted in the longevity of staff.
