RMACL Outcomes Reports

Outcomes reports are written annually as part of RMACL’s focus on continuous quality improvement and in compliance with our accreditation status.

They include:

  • statistical information about people receiving services
  • information regarding effectiveness, satisfaction, efficiency and service access
  • recommendations for correcting areas of concern

RMACL believes that quality is best defined by the person or persons who use the service, therefore outcomes are developed based on their input and the input of other stakeholders.
